Kimberly is a phenomenal master injector with a five star bedside manner! I was so nervous upon arrival after having a bad experience at a DIFFERENT spa. She comforted me and I’m sure that I was in good hands. And boy was she right! I left the salon feeling confident, understood, and validated. Another lovely visit to the Skincare Institute! This visit was for lip filler and Botox that I took advantage of during the Black Friday special! Can I just say there was literally no pain! A small bit on the lower lip, but tolerable! The results we so natural and helped even out my lips so that my lipstick will no longer run outside the lines. So happy! Thank you girls so much!

Experienced the best facial I’ve ever had with Ashley (and yes, I’ve had over a hundred, and no, I’m not that old!). The products she used were perfect for my sensitive skin, not too abrasive, but did the job and my face is so incredibly smooth (writing this the day after in case I had a reaction over night, which I did not). I look forward to more facials with Ashley!
