Appointments

We schedule the appropriate amount of time to perform each service. Please arrive on time in order to receive your full treatment. New clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to the first appointment to allow time for initial paperwork completion. Or, simply download the Medical Skincare Assessment, complete it, and bring it with you to your appointment. Clients under 18 must have a parent or adult guardian sign paperwork prior to receiving any treatment. To ensure you get the appointment date and time that you prefer, we recommend scheduling your next service before you leave.

Complimentary Consultations

We offer complimentary, no-obligation consultations to ensure you understand the treatments available for your specific skin care needs. Our highly trained skin care consultants, along with our medical aestheticians and registered nurses, will explain our treatments and services to address any questions and concerns that you may have. Consultation before your treatment is just as important as the treatment itself. A combination of your goals will be met with the expertise of our technicians so that you will be completely comfortable and understand how we will achieve exceptional results together.

Cancellation Policy

We respect your time and appreciate your choice to spend it with Skin Care Institute. We’ve created our Cancellation Policy to provide the utmost versatility and convenience to our guests. Booking a reservation is your acceptance of our Cancellation Policy; therefore, please be certain you’ve reviewed and agreed to these terms.

At the time of booking, you will be asked to secure your appointment with a major credit card. Your card will not be charged unless the Cancellation Policy is breached. When rescheduling or cancelling an appointment, we ask that you give us advance notice. This allows someone else the opportunity to schedule an appointment in your place. Last-minute cancellations or rescheduled appointments will be charged a service charge (as liquidated damages, not as a penalty) to your credit card on file, or the amount may be deducted from your pre-paid services or gift cards on your account. Booking an appointment is your acceptance of our Cancellation Policy; therefore please be certain you review and agree to the terms below.

During Your Visit

Communicate your needs with your therapist or technician. Let them know your concerns. Feel free to request a different therapist, if desired, when scheduling your appointment. We want you to enjoy your treatments to the fullest. You come first.

If You Are Pregnant

Depending on which trimester you are in, certain procedures cannot be performed. Please make the staff aware of your condition when scheduling.

Taking the Spa Experience Home

Prolong the benefits of your spa experience. Medical and wellness spa treatments are enhanced and maintained by a home regime. Our staff will prescribe a personalized program to meet your specific needs with physician strength skin care products. We offer free shipping for all online product orders over $200.

Tanning

Laser treatments will be postponed in cases of too much sun exposure. This includes natural sun, tanning beds, spray tans and bronzing creams. For optimal results of all laser treatments, your skin should be as close to its natural color as possible. Active sun tanning is NEVER recommended due to increased risks of skin cancer and premature aging.
