According to a new international study published in The Telegraph that involved 585 women over 8 
years, ‘lifestyle choices’ often account for as much as 33 percent of how old a woman looks.
Those who took part in the study were asked a string of questions about their lifestyles including whether or not they like to suntan and if they were smokers or non-smokers.
Though the women were the same age, the difference in their perceived ages was 10.4 years apart! The verdict? Women with a healthy lifestyle look much younger than those with an unhealthy lifestyle.
