Step #1: Schedule a consultation.

Step #2: Get your personalized treatment plan.
Once you’ve arrived at your consultation, we will discuss all your questions and concerns to establish what your goals are. We will then assess if you’re a candidate for CoolSculpting Elite, and if you are, we will start developing your personalized treatment plan. Think of this plan as a timeline for your treatments, including how many sessions you’ll need to achieve your desired results. Most patients require two or more treatment sessions.
Step #3: Begin treatment.
Now it’s time for your first treatment session with CoolSculpting Elite. What’s so great about having dual applicators with Elite is that we can treat two areas at the same time. What’s more, these applicators feature completely redesigned C-shaped cups to better fit your natural curves. Once we’ve outlined the area(s) to be treated, we will apply the applicators and start treatment. You’ll feel a light vacuum pressure and an intense cold which will lead to a temporary numbness. On average, each treatment typically takes 35-75 minutes depending on the area treated, with treatment sessions lasting one to three hours total. Since CoolSculpting Elite has little to no downtime, you are free to resume your regular day following your session.
Step #4: Continue your treatments.
If your personalized CoolSculpting Elite treatment plan calls for more than one treatment session, you will return to our office for those additional appointments every six to eight weeks. After your treatment plan is complete, your body will continue to naturally eliminate the treated fat cells. Best of all, once they’re flushed from your body, they’re gone for good!
Step #5: Enjoy gradual, long-lasting fat reduction!
You can expect to see initial results within one to three months following your latest session, with final results appearing after six months.
